Refund Policy

We provide a 60-day official return window starting from the exact date customers receive their delivered packages, offering ample time for customers to test and evaluate all purchased fragrances. To qualify for a full refund, returned merchandise must remain completely unused, unopened and undamaged, with all original retail packaging, protective wraps, product labels and attached accessories fully intact and unaltered. Any items showing obvious signs of spraying, staining, scratches, broken bottles, missing packaging components or severe damage caused by improper storage or personal misuse will not pass our warehouse inspection and will be ineligible for full monetary refunds.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging return items to avoid transit damage during the return shipment process. Once our warehouse receives the returned package, our quality inspection team will thoroughly examine all goods within 2 working days. After successful inspection and approval of the return request, we will initiate the formal refund process, which will be fully completed within 5 to 10 business days. All refund settlements are calculated and issued uniformly in USD currency, and funds will be returned directly to the original payment account used at checkout.
We do not cover any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges or intermediate financial handling fees incurred during the refund transfer process, as these fees are controlled by third-party payment institutions rather than our store. If returned products fail inspection due to damage, missing parts or excessive use, we will notify customers of the rejection reason in detail, and the unqualified goods will be shipped back to the customer’s address at the customer’s sole shipping cost. Refund applications submitted after the 60-day valid return period will be automatically denied with no exceptions. We reserve the right to adjust partial refund amounts for goods with minor damage at our reasonable discretion.
